CFRE Client Portal Privacy Notice

The Cy-Fair Real Estate Client Portal shows information related to your CFRE transaction or active buyer/seller file. Access is protected by email one-time-code login and server-side authorization tied to your transaction participants.

Information shown in the portal

Depending on your file, the portal may show transaction milestones, client-visible documents, parties/team contact information, listing activity, saved searches, showing history, ratings, notes, and property information.

How access is controlled

Login alone does not grant access to all files. After authentication, the portal checks whether your email is authorized for the specific transaction. If you are not authorized, the file is not shown.

Documents

Only client-visible, approved/ready documents are listed or streamed. Internal documents, drafts, and unapproved items are not intended for client access.

AI assistant boundary

If the portal later includes the Cy client assistant, Cy will use only authorized portal context and will be designed as a scoped client concierge, not a replacement for your licensed agent. Pricing, legal, lending, inspection, repair, and negotiation advice should be confirmed with your CFRE agent and other qualified professionals.
